KShield  Partnership:
RtI for Private Schools

Partnership with Schools

The KShield Partnership Program is designed to form a collaborative partnership with private schools educating children ages 5 to 11+ in the pre-literacy, literacy and behavioral concerns.

The goal is to provide School Partners with easy access to intervention plans modeled after Response to Intervention (RtI), following the same standards used by the US public school sector.

KShield Partnership Program streamlines an optimized version of RtI for Partner Schools in a cohesive manner, thus empowering educators, school staff, parents, and caregivers to assist students in their learning progress and academic success.

Through the constant support of AC&A’s team of special educators, behavior analysts and pediatric therapists, partner schools can receive qualified assistance for all differentiated educational needs, while using an efficient and well-structured system to provide parents with information about their children’s progress, instructions and interventions used.

Partner Schools can also gain benefits and easy access to all KShield Educational Journey services – from KShield Screenings to the KShield School Analysis.

The Response to Intervention

Benefits of Using KShield Partnership for Schools:

What is Response to Intervention (RtI)

Response to Intervention (RtI), is an approach to academic intervention used in the United States to provide early, systematic, and appropriately intensive assistance to children who are at risk for and/or underperforming as compared to appropriate grade or age-level standards.

RtI seeks to promote academic success through screening, early intervention, frequent progress monitoring, and increasingly intensive research-based instruction or interventions for children who have difficulty with academics. RtI is a multileveled approach for aiding students that is adjusted and modified as needed if they are failing.
